National A Cappella & Choral Convention 2025

Have you ever felt awkward on stage? Do you struggle knowing what to do with your hands during a song? Do you know your strengths and challenges as a mover? In this short, interactive session, singers of all levels will have the opportunity to explore movement through an individualized and no-pressure vibe session. We will map some of the basic physical vocabulary we can use to better convey the meaning of a song while feeling relaxed and in-control of our performance.
